Eric Thomas is the Assistant Superintendent of the Noble Network of Charter Schools in Chicago, where he ensures Noble's fourteen campuses deliver a world-class education to more than 8,500 students each day. Eric was the Founding Principal of Noble's Rauner College Prep campus, which ranks among the top five open-enrollment high schools in the Chicago on the ACT and sends more than 90% of its graduates on to college each year. He began his career in education as an English teacher in Baltimore in 1999 through Teach for America. He earned a BA in English from the University of Wisconsin and a Master's Degree in Teaching from Johns Hopkins University in 2001.
