Ray Lattimore is the founder, president, and CEO of Marketplace Staffing Services, Inc., in Greenville. Prior to founding Marketplace, he served as a professor and adjunct professor at Greenville Technical College, and also spent 15 years as a business systems analyst at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. He has been a member of the boards of directors of Southern Wesleyan University, the Greater Greenville Chamber of Commerce, the Bon Secures St. Francis Health System, the Alliance for Quality Education, and the Greenville Area Development Corporation (founding member and past chairman.) He also served as chair of the Chamber's Minority Business Development Committee, and as the chair of the United Negro College Fund Upstate SC Campaign. Ray received his AA in liberal arts from Spartanburg Methodist College, and earned a BA degree from Southern Wesleyan University. He is a Fellow of the third class of the Liberty Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
