Bio:
Cedric F. Green is the vice president of SCANA Support Services. In his previous role, Cedric was general manager of electric operations at South Carolina Electric & Gas Company, where he is responsible for the strategic direction for engineering, sales, and operations in metro Charleston. Previously, he was the Southern and Western Division managers in Charleston and Aiken, manager of engineering and construction in Columbia, and operations engineer supervisor at Wateree Generating Station in Eastover. Cedric was chairperson of the Low Country American Heart Walk campaign, member of the American Association of Blacks in Energy, and participated in the SCANA/Claflin University Lecture Series. He is a scholarship foundation sponsor for the University of South Carolina. Cedric received his B.S. in mechanical engineering, an M.B.A./M.E., and a Ph.D in mechanical engineering from the University of South Carolina. Cedric is a licensed professional engineer in the state of South Carolina. He is a Fellow of the fourth class of the Liberty Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
