Mercedes Bartow is president of 370 Consulting Group, LLC, which specializes in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, project management, and process improvement training. Prior to founding her own firm, she was manager of internal consulting and manager of financial reporting and controlling in addition to holding other financial positions at BMW Manufacturing Company. Bartow serves on the boards of Meals on Wheels (chair), Greenville Free Medical Clinic, and the local chapter of the American Society for Quality (past chair). She previously served on the City of Greenville Planning Commission, Greenville Downtown Rotary Holiday Lights Committee, and Greenville Professional Women's Forum Board and was recognized in 2007 as the winner of the Suzanne Thaler Rising Star Award by GSA Business Journal. She is a graduate of Leadership Greenville and the Riley Institute Diversity Leaders Initiative. Bartow earned her Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Financial Management and German from Bob Jones University. She is a Fellow of the 2014 class of Liberty Fellows and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
