Senior Vice President, Raines Development
Bio:
James "Jay" Ham Jr. is a partner at SpringBridge Development. Formerly, he was managing partner of H & R Holdings, LLC, a company active in real estate development projects in West Virginia, Florida, and South Carolina, focusing on the principles of sustainable design and environmentally conscious building practices. He also is the President and Founder of Carolina Modular, Inc., which originally manufactured modular housing and later modular classrooms for South Carolina school districts, before Jay sold the firm to COMARK Building Systems, Inc., a division of the Carlyle Group. Jay earned his B.A. degree in finance from Wofford College. He is a Fellow of the sixth class of the Liberty Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
