The Gotcha Group is a diversified marketing and advertising platform focused on connecting brands with collegiate and community audiences across the U.S. Gotcha creates unique and impactful engagement opportunities on college campuses, via schools/community groups, and at distinctive events through: smart bike share, sustainable ride share, on campus media placement, and targeted sampling and educational programs.
Prior to Gotcha, Mindelle was Founder and CEO of Kaleidoscope YFM, a youth, family and millennial marketing agency with specialty in education, cause, and lifestyle marketing.
An industry leader in marketing for youth, family, and college audiences, she delivers strategic insights and targeted, peer-based activation for Fortune 500 brands and non-profits. With each client initiative, her goal is to galvanize trusted influencers and communities through integrated, action-oriented engagement.
Pragmatic business savvy, keen audience intuition, and entrepreneurial curiosity enable her to navigate the ever-changing world of youth marketing, while forging lasting industry relationships. She is passionate about families and marketing, particularly about melding the two in a purpose-driven, cause-oriented manner that reaps tangible rewards for both.
Extending her commitment to youth and education, Mindelle co-founded Push-Up & Up, Inc. a non-profit to raise awareness and funding to decrease the dropout epidemic in South Carolina through Communities In Schools.
