Title and Organization:
Andrea Cooper is a community activist, concentrating in the areas of health and the environment. She serves on the executive board and is a partner in Ziff Properties, Inc. where she previously was director of leasing, director of acquisitions, and property management specialist. Andrea served with the United States Agency for International Development in Sierra Leone, West Africa, assisting the Sierra Leonean government with a statistics project intended to decrease the number of soldiers participating in the civil war. She is on the executive board of the South Carolina Coastal Conservation League and is actively involved in developing wellness programs in public and private schools in Charleston. Andrea earned her BA in art history from the University of Colorado and her CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. She also attended the Parson's School of Design and The American University of Paris. Her home is on Sullivan's Island. She is a Fellow of the eighth class of the Liberty Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
