Bio:
José Tomás Calderón González, is the Founder and Managing Director of Interlex, a law firm specializing in Strategic Law Planning and Coordination, as well as Corporate Law. He is also Co-Founder of Soluciones Laborales, a division of Interlex that focuses on labor solutions for companies. He is the founder of PROFE10, a non-for profit initiative that seeks to identify, promote and replicate teacher best educational practices; he is also member of the Board of Directors of Proyecto País, a non-profit private initiative that focuses on the development of youth in El Salvador; Coatepeque Foundation, dedicated to environmental conservation of the Lake Coatepeque; Hilda Rothschild Foundation, dedicated to providing solutions for women to escape poverty and social disadvantage, and the Foundation for Democracy, Transparency and Justice (DTJ) focused on institutional strengthening of El Salvador. He is part of Entrepreneur´s Organization (EO), a global network of business owners. His commentaries are published regularly in newspapers with circulation in El Salvador. José Tomás is a native of San Salvador, El Salvador, were he happily resides with his family
