Marlon Hernandez-Anzora was an advisor to the Ministry of the Economy (2010-2011) and was a professor of political science and theory of government at the University of El Salvador and the Jesuit University of El Salvador, UCA. Was also the national youth coordinator of a political party in the government (2009 to 2011). He founds a youth social democrat movement call Juventudes Socialdemocratas de El Salvador (JSD) in 2007 and was his president until 2012. Marlon was also the director of the political science e-newsletter of the Faculty of Law at University of El Salvador (2007 to 2010). He earned his master's degree from the International and Iberoamerican Foundation of Public Administration and Public Policies (FIIAPP), in Madrid, Spain. At this moment he is junior researcher for the IKG-Bielefeld University from Germany. Marlon is a Fellow of the fifth class of the Central America Leadership Initiative and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
