Nadina Rivas is partner director at Audienz, a corporate communications consulting firm. She has been communications specialist for over 20 years and it has developed communication strategies and crisis management plans for industries such as banking, energy, real estate, technology, and personal care. Rivas was Director at Ogilvy Public Relations El Salvador and worked at the Communications Secretariat of Salvadoran government between 1996 and 1998. Rivas was editor at La Prensa Grafica; and Director of Communications of the Secretariat of Central American Integration, SICA and the Salvadoran Banking Association, ABANSA. Her areas of expertise are: strategic communications planning, spokesperson's training, personal and corporate reputation, and crisis communications. She is member of the board of Vital Voices El Salvador Chapter and has a degree in Communications Sciences and studies in psychology and political sciences. Nadina is a Fellow of the eighth class of the Central America Leadership Initiative and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
