Ana María Vallarino is a highly experienced executive and entrepreneur from Panama, with a proven track record of over 15 years leading projects in the tourism, real estate, and social responsibility sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of CALI Foundation, she is dedicated to promoting leadership and social innovation in Central America. Ana María's expertise extends to her role as President of VerdeAzul Foundation and Chief People Officer of Grupo VerdeAzul. With a commitment to gender parity, Ana María is a member of the National Council for the Gender Parity Initiative and a founding member of the Association of Women Directors in Panama. She actively contributes to Sumarse, an organization promoting corporate social responsibility and sustainability. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ana María is a certified Health Coach and yoga instructor. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Virginia in 2004. Ana María is also a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network as part of the 10th class of the Central America Leadership Initiative (CALI).
