Roberto Motta III is president and CEO of Agencias Motta, S.A., Envasadora Comercial, S.A. and FAMOSA GROUP, S.A., companies dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of fragrances, health and beauty products, in local and international markets. He has more than 15 years of experience in strategic planning for development of new markets and product management. He also has interests in real estate projects. He is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Panama, the Panamanian Association of Business Executives (APEDE), and Entrepreneurs Organization, (EO) and was the president of AEROCLUB. He is a member of the board of directors of Novey, SA, Cochez, FETESA, and Euroautos Group of Centroamerica. Roberto Motta graduated from Babson College in Massachusetts and obtained an MBA from INCAE, as well as participated in high-performance managers program. In his leisure time, he is an avid airplane pilot. He is married and has four children. He is a Fellow of the fourth class of the Central America Leadership Initiative and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
