Bio:
Jose Mora is a former Catholic priest and the academic director at Universidad Tecnologica de Honduras, since 2014. He was the General Manager of the Catholic Foundation for Education and Social Communication, which includes the Catholic Church's newspaper, a radio station, a television station, and an audiovisual producer. He participates in diverse forums for civic participation, representing to the conference of Bishops: Coalition for Improvement of the Justice, National Forum of Convergence, Commission of Notables, etc. He was in charge of the Press Office of the Bishops Conference in Honduras and he was the spokesman of the Archdiocese of Tegucigalpa until December 2006. He has been a Professor of Ethics at the Mayor Seminary (Preparatory Institution for future priests), Superior Institute of Police Education and the Honduran Catholic University. He has participated in many courses and workshops of journalism and social communications in Latin America, USA, and Europe. He received the Sacred Order from Cardinal Rodríguez in the Suyapa Basilica in 1994. He is a Fellow of the second class of the Central America Leadership Initiative and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
