Bio:
Pamela Molina is Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of Agrolibano. She also holds a place on the Board of Director and serves as the President of Fundacion Agrolibano and Fundacion Pro Improvement of the Hospital of San Lorenzo. She began her professional career in 1993 for Agrolíbano starting in the area of Marketing and Exports, from 2000 to 2010 she served as the VP of Finance and Treasury and since mid-2008 she has been responsible for establishing the division of Social Responsibility of Agrolibano. It was under her management that Agrolibano first achieved in 2013 the title of a social responsible company. As president of the Foundation for support of HSL she lead and achieved a physical transformation of the Public Hospital of San Lorenzo, promoting since 2014 a model of: decentralized Hospital Management for results with systemic approach whose main axis the patient. She is currently seeking for this model to be replicated in other hospitals in Honduras. Pamela holds a degree in Industrial Business and Administration from the Universidad Tecnologica Centroamericana UNITEC. She has continued her education through, seminars and professional graduate certificates from universities such as Yale, Harvard, INCAE, Universidad de Los Andes, among others.
