Heather Lauver is the president and founder of HealthSpec, LLC, a Northeast US-based advisory group assisting companies and non-profit organizations involved in global matters to better understand and set policy to address the public health impacts and business opportunities of adopting green practices. Prior to HealthSpec, Heather oversaw a US$1 billion donation operation addressing some of the world's most intractable diseases for Pfizer and led related policy development as director of corporate social responsibility. She holds an MPH in international health from Yale School of Medicine and conferred her MBA at the Zicklin School of Business in New York. Heather grew up in Kansas and has traveled extensively in her work. In her spare time, Heather enjoys spending time with her two young boys, and husband, Dietrich, in their new town of New Canaan, CT. She is a Fellow of the inaugural class of the Catto Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
