Bio:
Brad Greenwald is the Managing Partner of Hilltop Venture Partners, which invests in start-ups that provide services to consumers or businesses via the Internet, mobile or off-line. Over the past 25 years, Brad has successfully launched and operated innovative start-up and corporate businesses. He began his career at management consulting firm Bain & Co., and went on to management roles (sales/marketing and operations) in several successful businesses including Time Warner Cable, Loyalty Management Group, DLF Capital, and WildBlue Communications. He has helped raise over $300 million to fund start-ups including First To File, Helper Bees, TrueCoach, Fullpath and Covered. In 2010, Brad founded the marketing services firm Education Funding Partners (Regional Winner of the Harvard Business School New Venture Contest), and is on the boards of TekDry and Content Boulevard. Brad is a Professor of Executive MBA Strategy and Entrepreneurial programs at the University of Denver's Daniels School of Business. He founded the Denver Angel Club and Algonquin Club in 2009, is a member of the Downtown Denver Partnership, and serves/has served on the Board of Directors for several non-profits including Colorado Public Radio, Oxfam America, Food Bank of the Rockies, Jewish Colorado and Cooking Matters, and the La Jolla Institute for Immunology. He received the 2006 Share Our Strength National Community Leader Award. Brad received a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He resides in Denver, CO with his wife and children. He is a 1998 Henry Crown Fellow of The Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
