Bio:
Laurie is currently the founder and Binder Boss at The Red Binder © TM, helping clients organize their most important information in one place so that they have peace of mind that they are prepared for life’s expected – and unexpected – moments. Previously, Laurie held leadership positions in the health care industry, serving as chief of staff to the President of the Catholic Health Association, chief of staff to the Regional President of Kaiser Permanente in the Mid-Atlantic region, and as vice president for child advocacy at Boston Children's Hospital. Laurie began her career as a legislative assistant to U.S. Representative Dan Rostenkowski (D-IL), then chairman of the Committee on Ways and Means. She has taught at Tufts University and at Simmons College Graduate School in Health Studies. A graduate of Tufts University and Boston College Law School, Laurie was selected as an Eisenhower Fellow in 2000. A resident of Alexandria, VA, Laurie is a member of the 1999 class of Henry Crown Fellows and the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
