Bio:
Jerry is the Managing Director of Fountainhead Associates, a management consulting firm he formed in 2002 that specializes in organizational, financial, internal development and strategic growth advisory services for start-up companies. Prior to that, he served as President and COO of Aura Systems, Inc., a technology-based public company. He also served as Vice President of Corporate Finance in the Investment Banking Division of Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. in Los Angeles, and was an associate attorney in the Los Angeles offices of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan. He is currently the President of the US Capitol Page Alumni Association and has recently produced a historical documentary about the Capitol Page program titled Democracy’s Messengers. He also serves as Chairman of the Armenian Film Foundation, and led the successful incorporation of 400 Armenian Genocide Survivor testimonies into the USC Shoah Foundation Visual History Archive. Jerry served as President of the USC Alumni Association from 1995 to 1996, and was a member of the USC Board of Trustees from 1994 to 1999. He also serves as a member of the board of various non-profit foundations, including the Southern California Committee for the Olympic Games, the Alpha Tau Omega Educational Foundation, the National Association for Armenian Studies and Research and the Washington Crossing Foundation. Jerry received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California in 1977, magna cum laude, and received his JD and MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1981, where he was a member of the law review. Jerry is a member of the 1999 class of Henry Crown Fellows and the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
