Bio:
David Ebersman is co-founder and Board Chairman of Lyra Health, an leading provider of mental health care services to employers. He served as Lyra's CEO from 2015 through 2025. Prior to starting Lyra, David was chief financial officer at Facebook. He was formerly the EVP and CFO for Genentech, at the time the world's largest biotechnology company. David joined Genentech in 1994 and he served in positions in business development, product development, and product operations. Prior to joining Genentech, David was a research analyst covering biotechnology investments for Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Relations from Brown University. He and his wife live in Charlotte, NC. David is a member of the 2000 class of Henry Crown Fellows and the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
