Keith Walton is venture partner of Plexo Capital, which invests as a limited partner in seed funds led by people of color and/or female general partners. He has also served as Vice President for Strategic Industry Collaboration for Arizona State University, and in a similar role with Zero Mass Water, Inc. Formerly, Keith was Vice President of Government Affairs for Alcoa Inc., which was one of the largest aluminum manufacturers worldwide. He was a founding Principal and Chief Administrative Officer at Global Infrastructure Partners. Keith worked at the U.S. Department of the Treasury as chief of staff to the Undersecretary of Enforcement, the Treasury's chief law enforcement official, and assisted the Undersecretary in supervising the U.S. Secret Service; U.S. Customs Service; ATF; IRS-Criminal Investigative Division; the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center; the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network; and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. While at the Treasury, Keith also served as deputy director of the White House Security Review. He began his career at the Atlanta law firm of King & Spalding. Keith serves on the boards of Bessemer Trust Old Westbury Funds, and Virtus Funds, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and The American Law Institute. He is a former member of the Trilateral Commission. He earned a BA, from Yale, and a JD from the Harvard Law School. The father of three, he is a member of the 2005 class of Henry Crown Fellows and the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
