Scarlett stands at the forefront of Asia's dynamic entertainment and Metaverse landscape, heralded as one of the region's foremost entrepreneurs. Her journey commenced as the trailblazing CEO of Newscorp's esteemed music brand, Channel [V].
Pioneering innovation, Scarlett is the visionary founder of Zebra Labs, a trailblazing Virtual Entertainment Company shaping the contours of Web3.0. Zebra Labs orchestrates a symphony of virtual idols, groundbreaking concerts, festivals, and digital IPs, seamlessly merging traditional entertainment assets with the boundless possibilities of the Metaverse.
Before sculpting the future with Zebra Labs, Scarlett laid the foundation stones of excellence with Zebra Media in 2008, emerging as a powerhouse in China's vibrant music festival circuit. Under her stewardship, Zebra Media gave rise to marquee events like the Zebra Music Festival (ZMF) and Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC), before being acquired by China Media Inc in 2018.
Joining forces with China Media Inc, Scarlett ascended to the role of Vice President, spearheading the group's music and live entertainment division. During her tenure, she fueled a renaissance in the industry, incubating and investing in pivotal ventures such as CAA and CMC Live, which now stands as China's preeminent concert promoter, orchestrating over a thousand concerts annually.
Prior to her meteoric rise with Zebra Media, Scarlett co-founded R2G Limited, a vanguard in music rights clearance, which was later acquired by Tencent Music Entertainment (TME.US) in 2016.
Scarlett earned her undergraduate degree in Australia before embarking on a transformative journey culminating in an EMBA from Tsinghua University in Beijing. Recognised as a Henry Crown Fellow with the Aspen Institute, a NAL of the World Economic Forum, and an Asia 21 Fellow of the Asia Society, Scarlett continues to chart new horizons at the intersection of entertainment, technology, and global leadership.
