Diane is currently on the Board of Directors at GATX Corporation, based in Chicago, and OneDigital, based in Atlanta. GATX is the leading global railcar lessor and a joint owner with Rolls-Royce of one of the largest spare engine lease portfolios in the world. OneDigital is the leading health, retirement/wealth and HR advisory firm in the U.S.
From January 2010 through March 2021, Diane was Managing Director and CFO of Ryan Specialty Group, a specialty insurance distributor with operations in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Europe and Bermuda. Prior to joining Ryan Specialty Group, Diane spent 8 years at Aon Corporation, a global risk management, reinsurance and human capital consulting firm.
