Micki Chen is currently Senior Vice President and General Counsel - Global Networks and Technology for Verizon. From 1993 to 1996, she was Senior Assistant General Counsel and Special Counsel to the General Counsel for the U.S. General Services Administration. Early in her legal career, Micki worked as a litigation associate for Morrison and Foerster and as a Federal district court clerk to Judge Royce C. Lamberth in Washington, D.C. Micki is a board member for MusiCorps, a non profit organization that helps wounded warriors play music and recover their lives. She graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in History and Science from Harvard University, and a J.D. in 1990 cum laude from Harvard Law School where she was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. She and her family make their home in Washington, DC. Micki is a 2002 Henry Crown Fellow of The Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. She is also on the Leadership Advisory Committee of the National Women's Law Center.
