Bio:
Currently a 2026 Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow at Harvard University, Stacey Hadash brings over three decades of leadership to the intersection of global finance, strategy, communications, and public service. Her success in building creative partnerships and cultivating collaborative cultures underlines her ability to transform and grow numerous businesses.
Previously a managing director at Bank of America, she led the Metro New York and East Coast Technology commercial banking markets and was accountable for over $1 billion in revenues. Before that, she was Chief Operating Officer for Global Capital Markets, responsible for growing a $6 billion international business with 750 employees.
Her tenure in commercial banking was characterized by KPI outperformance, record-setting investment banking revenues, and increases in market penetration and client satisfaction. As COO for Global Capital Markets, she led the integration of Bank of America and Merrill Lynch post-financial crisis and delivered significant operational improvements and cost savings. She started at BofA as COO of Mergers & Acquisitions.
Previously, Stacey was Head of Financial Planning at The New York Stock Exchange, where she executed an operational transformation that improved the budgeting and forecasting process. As an M&A banker at Goldman Sachs, she relocated to London and managed the $500 million Communications, Media & Technology group. Stacey began her finance career at Morgan Stanley.
Stacey brings a strong communications background, having worked on political campaigns and at a consulting firm with Governor Ann Richards. She served as a Clinton Administration appointee at the U.S. Department of State. At Bank of America, she received the “Culture Award" based on written nominations (first ever at her seniority). She co-founded the Women’s Leadership Council, which grew to thousands of members and was recognized by Bank of America with a Diversity & Inclusion Award.
Stacey graduated from Smith College and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is on the board of the JPMorgan Private Markets Fund and the JPMorgan Private Credit Fund. She is a Henry Crown Fellow of The Aspen Institute. She is on the board of Turn90 and serves on the Ann Richards School Foundation Advisory Council. She has dual U.S. and Irish citizenship.
