Marie-Christine Levet joined Jaina Capital as a Partner in 2010. From 2002 to 2010, Marie-Christine served as the CEO of T-Online France / Club-Internet, the third largest internet service provider in France and subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom. Prior to that she founded Lycos in France in 1997 and served as the managing director of the joint venture between the internet company Lycos, Inc. and the media group Bertelsmann until 2001. Prior to that, she served from 1991 to 1997 as the business development and strategic planning manager for Pepsico in France, and before that for the Walt Disney Company, taking part in the launch of Disneyland Paris. Marie-Christine began her career with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) serving as a management consultant from 1988-1991. In 2000, she was elected Young Manager of the Year by a jury of renowned media and telecom executives and in 2002 she was named French Telecom Personality of the Year. Marie-Christine received a business degree with an emphasis in marketing from Haute Etudes Commerciales in Paris in 1988. From there she earned her MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau school of business in 1994. She and her husband Wilfired and their sons live in Paris, France. Marie Christine is a member of the 2003 Class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute.
