Neal is Vice Chairman of LifeGuides, an Operating Partner at Spider Capital and a coach to the CEOs of several technology companies. He is previously founder and Chairman of Relationship Science as well as founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Capital IQ, Inc. until its sale to McGraw-Hill/Standard & Poor's. Neal is a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum, a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute, a Life Member at the Council on Foreign Relations, and a member of the Young Presidents Organization. Neal received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School where he has also served as an Adjunct Faculty Member.
