Aileen is the founder and Managing Partner of Cowboy Ventures, a seed-stage venture capital firm that backs technology entrepreneurs re-imagining life and work, what they call "life 2.0". Prior to founding Cowboy, she spent over a decade as an investor at venture firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, was founding CEO of digital media company RMG Networks and worked at Gap Inc. in various operating roles. Aileen holds a bachelors degree from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School, and is a proud mom of three and wife to a startup founder. She is a co-founder of the non-profit All Raise to accelerate the success of women in in the technology ecosystem, and member of the 2004 class of Henry Crown Fellows and the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
