Marilia Rocca is a member of the board of directors of Santander Brazil and chair of its sustainability committee and also a member of Endeavor’s Brazil board of trustees.
Until October 2022, she served as CEO of Hinode Group, the largest Marketing Multilevel consumer goods company in Brazil, with operations also in Latin America.
Previously, Marilia has held leadership positions in different industries and served as Ticket’s Managing Director in Brazil (a food voucher Edenred Group’s company) and as vice president at TOTVS, the largest ERP company in LATAM based in São Paulo.
Before focusing in corporate endeavors, Marilia was a managing partner at Mãe Terra, a natural and organic food B-Corp company sold to Unilever in 2017.
In 2000, she co-founded and managed both Endeavor Brazil, an NGO supporting scale up entrepreneurs and also Fundação Brava, a family foundation focused on transferring management tools to the public sector and NGOs to boost their impact.
For 20 years Marilia has served as a board member at privately and public held companies in the Education, IT, Services and Consumer Goods industries in Brazil and in the US.
Marilia earned a BA in Business Administration from EAESP/Fundação Getúlio Vargas and an MBA in Management from Columbia University, attending on Fundação Estudar Scholarship. She is a 2006 Henry Crown Fellow of The Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
