Will Chen is Founding Managing Partner of ClearVue Partners, which focuses on investments in the consumer and technology sectors with over $1B in AUM. He was formerly a Managing Partner of DT Capital Partners. Prior to that, Will founded Accelergy Corporation in late 2003, an advanced materials development company and OnePage, Inc. an enterprise software company, until it was acquired by Sybase, Inc. in 2002. He also founded Billpoint, Inc., which pioneered the concept of online person-to-person payments, which was acquired by eBay in 1999 as a payment solution for their online auction marketplace. Will has also been in management positions for Excite, Classifieds2000, Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and IBM. He has served on the Board of Dean’s Advisors for Harvard Business School and is a Director of the World Resources Institute. He has been Chapter Chair of YPO Shanghai and YPO Gold Shanghai, Chairman of the Asia America MultiTechnology Association (AAMA), and served on the Alumni Board of the Harvard Business School. In 2003, he received the Clark Butler Entrepreneur of the Year award from the University of Florida. Will has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from the University of Florida. Will is a 2006 Henry Crown Fellow and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
