Meena Mansharamani is an innovative, strategic and passionate leader who has delivered results in both corporate and start-up environments. She has an outstanding record of transforming organizations for greater marketplace impact and profitable growth. Meena is committed to inspiring businesses to generate meaningful and lasting outcomes through products and services that improve consumers' and makers' lives.
Meena is the President and Founder of Intend Growth, LLC, focused on partnering with leadership teams of start-up companies to crystallize and capture their growth potential.
Meena was previously the CEO of Maya Kaimal Fine Indian Foods, a privately held food company focused on mainstreaming Indian cuisine for American consumers.
Prior to leading Maya Kaimal and also serving on that Board, Meena was the Managing Director of Materne North America, the owner of GoGo squeeZ, a global leader in squeezable 100 percent fruit pouches for kids and families. Under her leadership, Meena grew the GoGo squeeZ brand from $7MM to $120MM in only three years (2010 to 2013) through new distribution, focused innovation and grassroots and influencer marketing, resulting in making the GoGo squeeZ brand a family staple.
Before leading Materne North America, Meena was at PepsiCo where she was Senior Vice President of Innovation and Insights for Pepsi-Cola North America (PCNA) and Vice President of Corporate Strategy for the entire snack and beverage company. Her roles included leading the strategic planning and annual planning processes for all divisions and the corporation and developing and commercializing short and long-term innovation for the beverage portfolio.
Prior to joining the PepsiCo executive team, Meena was Vice President in the Consumer Goods and Retail Practice of A.T. Kearney, a management consulting firm. During her ten-year tenure at A.T. Kearney, she served a variety of industries, including apparel, automotive, transportation, and financial services.
Meena received her MBA from Wharton and her MA and BA from Harvard University. Meena is currently on the Board of a PE-backed food company; Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to eradicating childhood cancer by funding innovative research approaches; and Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, a non-profit retreat and learning center focused on empowering people and communities to realize their full potential through the transformative wisdom and practice of yoga.
She is a 2007 Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
