Tim Noonan is an investor, citizen and entrepreneur. He is the Founder and CEO of NICE Glass LLC. NICE Glass develops products from recycled plastic and fiberglass. Our first product is Evertrak composite railroad ties that will be manufactured in St. Louis, MO. Evertrak lasts longer and performs better than environmentally hazardous creosote-soaked hardwood railroad ties. Noonan is an investor in QRS Plastic, LLC, the largest recycler of post-consumer, bulky rigid plastic in North America. Prior to founding NICE Glass, Noonan was an executive at the Boeing Company. A native of St. Louis, he served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, he holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. In his home state of Missouri, Noonan serves as the Chairman of the Missouri Veterans Commission, an independent commission that ensures benefits are delivered to over 475,000 Veterans in the State; manages seven retirement homes for 1,350 Veterans; and manages five cemeteries. In his hometown, he serves on the board, executive committee and chairs the finance committee of the Cortex Innovation Community. Tim is a board member of Barry-Wehmiller Companies, a global, privately-held capital equipment and engineering solutions firm that is 12,000 team members strong and revenues in excess of $3 billion. He is a 2008 Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
