Bio:
Trish is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of strategic leadership spanning start-up to Fortune 50 companies. She built a distinguished career as a Senior Executive across the most elite Consumer Packaged Goods companies, including Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company and PepsiCo, before stepping into the world of tech start-up and venture capital in 2016, and then moving into the private equity universe in 2019. She has demonstrated financial and strategic acuity, with particularly deep expertise building consumer focused growth strategies, sourcing and planning for talent succession and optimizing operations. She has led teams from 10 to 2,000 and has translated this career success into impactful leadership on Corporate and Non-Profit boards.
Trish has served as an independent director at Sargento Foods, a multi-billion-dollar food company, since 2015, and has helped the company to meaningfully exceed industry growth rates while leading with innovation, operational excellence and a strong commitment to team and talent. She serves on the Audit Committee at Sargento. Trish also serves as an independent director at Gorilla Glue, a global leader across over 20 categories in the Home Improvement and Craft spaces, where she chairs the Audit committee. Previously, she served as a Director at NatureBox, a Series C company based in Silicon Valley, where she chaired the Compensation Committee. Extending her impact beyond the private sector, Trish currently serves on the Boards of WTTW/WFMT in Chicago and Working Credit not for Profit in Chicago. Trish is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and is actively engaged in The Chicago Network, The Committee of 200, and the Economic Club of Chicago. Ms. Lukasik completed her undergraduate studies at Miami University, where she was a Presidential Scholar and today serves on the Business Advisory Council to the Farmer School of Business. She also holds an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Lukasik enjoys cooking, reading, fitness and family.
