Bio:
Beth Goff-McMillan is the President & CEO, owner, at SKG in Austin, Texas. It is one of the leading Knoll dealerships in the country providing workplace consulting, design, furniture, architectural and technology solutions to organizations nationwide, transforming their spaces into dynamic environments. Beth has energized the company, making it one of the fastest-growing in the region and the second-largest woman-owned business in Austin. It has made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing privately held companies three consecutive years. Beth reframed the conversation around furniture’s role in an organization’s success sparking a change in how the industry pursues business. Since she took the helm in 2015 the company has expanded the business’ geographical presence, vertical market focus, product expansion and was the first to take a nationally based dealership to an ecommerce strategy. Beth is an expert at driving complex sales strategies, fulfillment through integrated distribution platforms, and the training and development of executives, leaders, and sales teams. She is visionary in her approach to leadership and always looking to the future and how to pilot the organization to ensure it reaches its next stage of evolution. Prior to SKG, Beth was a Regional Manager for Knoll, Inc consistently out performing sales and distribution goals. Beth was there the day Knoll rang in the bell at the NY Stock Exchange and was part of the transformation from a privately held billion dollar company to a publicly owned enterprise. Beth was named the National Association of Professional Women’s "Woman of the Year" in 2011. Beth serves on the Steering committee for the Austin Women's Fund at Austin Community Foundation and was chair of its Keyholder18 event. She is on the steering committee for Women@Austin and a mentor with Ceresa. Beth serves on the board and is an active member of both the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO). She is also proud to be a 2011 Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute, and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
