As CEO of The NORDAM Group, LLC, headquartered in Tulsa, Okla., Meredith Siegfried Madden leads one of the world’s premier family-owned aerospace providers of composite structures and engineered solutions, employing 2,500 stakeholders across multiple facilities in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. At NORDAM since 1999, Meredith has utilized her extensive background in financial consulting and strategic planning, to progress through a series of roles in both operations and sales, including manager of strategic market planning; vice president of Global Sales and Marketing; vice president of the Repair Group; chief operating officer, overseeing all repair and manufacturing operations in the United States, Europe and Asia; and president of NORDAM. Meredith joined the company from Arthur Andersen's Global Corporate Finance division, where she served as a senior consultant on corporate recovery services, mergers and acquisitions, seller services and financial advisory. In addition to her leadership role at NORDAM, Madden serves on the boards of several industry organizations including SkyWest, Inc. (NASDAQ: SKYW), the largest regional airline in North America, and the Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum. She is a member of the University of Notre Dame’s Advisory Council for Student Athletes, and a founding member of the board of directors for Tulsa Flight Night, a nonprofit created by her father, late NORDAM founder Ray Siegfried. The summertime air show and gala supports STEM education for Oklahoma K-12 students. Under her leadership, NORDAM and the Siegfried family continue their longstanding support of and partnership with Tulsa Area United Way. She is a past member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Madden holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in business administration and finance from the University of Notre Dame. She is married to Dr. Peter Madden, an Internal Medicine Specialist and ICU physician at St. John’s Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Notre Dame and graduated with honors from University Of Oklahoma College Of Medicine. Dr. Madden also holds a law degree from the University of Texas. Meredith Madden is a 2011 Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
