Bio:
Kellie Leonard serves as Director of Leadership Programs at Netflix. She is a purpose-driven business executive with more than 25 years of experience helping global consumer companies to grow their businesses and connect with their employees and consumers globally while creating positive social impact. During her career, she has held enterprise leadership positions with some of the most recognizable global brands and led successful strategies across human resources, community impact, and brand, purpose and corporate communications. Prior to Netflix, she worked with Nike Inc. for 18 years where she most recently served as the brand's Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. Prior to this role, she served as Nike's Vice President of Global Corporate and Employee communications and held increasingly senior leadership roles within the communications team during her tenure. Previously, Kellie worked in communications and brand marketing positions in the apparel, outdoor recreation and technology industries. Kellie serves as a brand and leadership advisor and currently serves on the advisory board to The Wing co-working space. Kellie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Journalism. She is a 2012 Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
