Title and Organization:
Andrew is Co-Founder & CEO of Triple Aim Partners, which partners with entrepreneurs to build healthcare companies that improve the quality, experience and total cost of healthcare.
Andrew serves as Co-Founder & Director of Prospero Health (providing home-based medical care to seniors with serious illness), ArchWell Health (senior-focused value-based primary care clinics), and FirstHand Health (caring for Medicaid patients with Serious Mental Illness). Andrew also serves as Co-Founder & Chairman of One World Surgery, a non-profit organization that provides primary care and surgical care to underserved populations in Honduras and the Dominican Republic and operates one-week mission programs for US-based physicians and clinicians to both countries.
Previously, Andrew served as CEO of OptumHealth (a diversified healthcare services division of UnitedHealthGroup), CEO of Surgical Care Affiliates (a national outpatient surgery company), President of VillageHealth (a value-based care division of DaVita, Inc.), President of Alliance Healthcare Services (a national diagnostic imaging and radiation therapy company), and in roles at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (a private equity firm) and the Boston Consulting Group (a strategy consulting firm).
Andrew is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute, and graduated from Yale University.
