Andrew is Co-founder and CEO of Triple Aim Partners. Most recently, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of OptumHeath, a division of UnitedHealth Group. OptumHealth is a diversified health and wellness business serving the physical, emotional and health-related financial needs of 91 million people with revenues of $21 billion (2017). OptumHealth includes physician groups, urgent care centers, ambulatory surgery centers, behavioral health, disease and case management, specialty benefit management, home care, financial services, military and veterans programs, and digital consumer engagement. Andrew previously served as Chairman and CEO of Surgical Care Affiliates, a surgical services company that was acquired by UnitedHealth Group in 2017. Prior to joining SCA, Andrew served as President of a division of DaVita (a renal dialysis company) and as President and Chief Operating Officer of Alliance Healthcare Services (a diagnostic imaging and radiation therapy company). Previously, Andrew served in various roles at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (a global investment firm) and the Boston Consulting Group (a strategy consulting firm). Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University. He is a 2014 Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
