Jocelyn Mangan is the founder of Him for Her, an organization whose aim is to change for-profit boards of directors to include the world’s most talented women. Most recently she served as the Chief Operating officer of Snag, a marketplace for hourly work. Formerly, she served as SVP of Product Management for OpenTable, the online restaurant-reservation service, until Oct. 2015. In this role she led the company’s product vision, strategy and development for all consumer and restaurant products across platforms and was responsible for defining product focus for North America and international markets. Jocelyn joined OpenTable in 2005 as Product Manager, serving as Director, Senior Director, and VP of Product Management before assuming the role of SVP, Product in 2014. During her tenure, she oversaw the redesign of the OpenTable website, the definition and launch of OpenTable Pay, and the full redesign and launch of their iPhone app. Formerly, Jocelyn was Senior Project Manager for TicketMaster. She joined the Ticketmaster team in 1999 and was promoted four times in her five-year tenure. During the Athens Olympics, she successfully managed Ticketmaster’s first multi-lingual, Olympic ticketing website from concept to implementation. She also oversaw product development and launched new platforms for TicketMaster’s U.K. and Ireland websites. Prior to this, Jocelyn was an Associate Editor with CitySearch, an online guide providing information about businesses in cities throughout the United States. She began her career as a Staff Writer and subsequently Editor-in-Chief of Aegis Marketing Group. Jocelyn was named to Fast Company’s 2015 list of “100 Most Creative People in Business” and to Business Insider’s 2014 list of the “32 Most Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising”. She is a supporter of Share our Strength, a national nonprofit working to end child hunger in America, and Women 2.0, the world’s largest community-driven media brand designed for the next generation of female technology leaders. Jocelyn was appointed to the board of directors at ChowNow, an online food ordering system and marketing platform. Jocelyn received her B.A. in English and Communications from Vanderbilt in 1993. She is a member of the 2016 Class of Henry Crown Fellows and the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
