Bio:
Nic Thomley is an accomplished entrepreneur in the health and human services industry and the founder of several companies providing a wide array of services to people with disabilities and seniors. In 2006, Nic co-founded Morning Sun Financial Services, providing financial management services for participant-directed programs by partnering with state and local governments, as well as managed care organizations. In 1999, as a 19-year-old student, Nicolas founded Pinnacle Services to provide vocational, residential and case management services to seniors and people with disabilities. From 1998 to 2003, Nic served as a Military Policeman for the U.S. Marine Corps. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and the Young Entrepreneur Council. He is a volunteer and Board Member at Headwaters Relief Organization, a Minneapolis-based, non-profit disaster relief organization. Nic holds a B.A. in Organizational Management and Communication from Concordia University, an MBA from Augsburg University and a Master of Management from McGill University. He completed the “Birthing of Giants” program, now renamed the Entrepreneurial Masters Program, through the MIT Enterprise Program. Nic is a member of the 2016 Class of Henry Crown Fellows and the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
