Nina Vaca is Chairman and CEO of Pinnacle Group, a leading workforce solutions provider. Named fastest growing woman-owned/led company in 2015 and 2018 by WPO, Pinnacle Group has been on the Inc. 500/5000 list of fastest-growing companies 13 times. Nina was selected by the White House as an inaugural member of the PAGE program in 2014 to inspire entrepreneurs globally. She is considered one of the 101 most influential Latinos in the country and this year was elected a lifetime member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Nina was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and one of Goldman Sachs’ most intriguing entrepreneurs. For the past decade, she has been one of the few (and youngest) Latinas serving as a director of publicly-traded corporations. A dedicated community servant, Nina and Pinnacle support organizations such as The Boys and Girls Club and Dallas Independent School District’s PTECH program, among others. An avid triathlete, Nina has completed a half-Ironman and several famous triathlons, including the Escape from Alcatraz in San Francisco. She lives in Dallas with her husband and her four kids and is a member of the 2016 Class of Henry Crown Fellows and the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
