Jennifer Li is managing Changcheng Investment Partners. Previously, she was CFO of Baidu and served in that capacity for 10 years. Prior to joining Baidu, she served as controller of General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC)’s North American Operations. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at General Motors China, responsible for overseeing finance functions of General Motors’ wholly owned and joint venture businesses in China, with her last post as Chief Financial Officer. From 1994 to 2001, she held several other finance positions at General Motors in Canada, the United States and Singapore. Jennifer has served as an Independent Director on the board of Philip Morris International since May 2010 and is the first Chinese female executive to serve as a board member for a Fortune 100 company. Currently, Jennifer also serves as independent director for ABB, Flex and several other public and private entities. Jennifer was recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of “Asia's 25 Hottest People in Business” in 2012 and was named one of “the World’s 100 Most Powerful Women” by Forbes in 2013 and 2014. Jennifer is a Fellow of the inaugural class of the Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
