Most recently, David Pepper served as a commissioner for the Hamilton County, Ohio Board of Commissioners and prior to that as councilman for the city of Cincinnati. Pepper previously worked at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, D.C. as an aide to former National Security Adviser Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski and he clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in Cincinnati. He is currently an associate in private practice in Cincinnati.
