Dustin McDaniel is a partner in the Little Rock law firm of McDaniel Wolff, PLLC. Dustin served as the 55th Attorney General of Arkansas from 2007-2015. For most of those years, he was the youngest AG in the United States. Today, Dustin’s practice focuses on representing companies among that nation’s state attorneys general, including AG investigations and litigation. He also serves as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law.
Dustin has served as the national Co-Chair of the Society of Attorneys General Emeritus (SAGE) since 2017 and on the boards of various charities and organizations in Arkansas. Dustin became a Rodel Fellow at the Aspen Institute in 2007. He served in the Arkansas House of Representatives from 2005-2007. In 2022, he was presented with the Francis X Bellotti Award by the National Association of Attorneys General for outstanding service by a former AG. Dustin and his wife Bobbi have three children.
