Bio:
Lynn Finnegan served as a Hawaii state representative from 2003 to 2011 and was minority leader of the house in her last term. In 2010 she was a candidate for Hawaii’s Lieutenant Governor. She currently heads the Hawaii Charter Schools Network and is a member of several national organizations, including the National Foundation of Women Legislators and the State Legislative Leadership Foundation. Finnegan has received numerous awards throughout her professional life, including the U.S. National Guard Association’s Patrick Henry Award, the Hawaii Medical Association’s 2006 Legislator of the Year, and she was named one of Hawaii's Ten Outstanding Filipino Young Women in 2004.
