Until elected as Oklahoma Secretary of State Glenn Coffee served as in the state’s senate and served as Oklahoma’s first Co President Pro Tempore of the Senate following the first tie between Democrats and Republicans in the State Senate. Coffee received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Northeastern State University in 1989 and his law degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1992.
