Bio:
Sue Minter served as a state representative in Vermont from 2004 to 2010. Currently she is Vermont’s deputy secretary of transportation. Minter has worked as an urban planner specializing in issues of land use planning, transportation policy, downtown revitalization, community development, and public involvement; while in the legislature she worked as a planning coordinator for the Vermont Department of Housing and Community Affairs. Minter received a BA from Harvard University, magna cum laude, in 1984, and a MA in City Planning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1990.
