Bio:
Fiona Ma was elected in November in 2006 to California’s State Assembly and currently serves as Speaker Pro-tem. Assemblywoman Ma previously served as the majority whip and is currently chair of the Assembly Select Committee on Domestic Violence. As a leader in the National Conference of State Legislators, she has worked to keep California economically competitive with other states. Ma received her BS from Rochester Institute of Technology, her MS from Golden Gate University, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
