Stephanie Rawlings-Blake has served as mayor of Baltimore since 2007 and is the second female to have ever held that office. At age 25 she was the youngest person ever elected to the Baltimore City Council. Rawlings-Blake received her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law and was previously an attorney with the Baltimore Office of the Public Defender from 1998 to 2006.
