Bio:
Tom Kovach serves as Counsel at A.M. Saccullo Legal, where he concentrates in the areas of environmental law, commercial and corporate litigation, intellectual property litigation, and administrative law. Tom is a Delaware Superior Court Certified Mediator and mediates extensively in Delaware. Tom is a past Chair of both the Litigation Section and the Environmental Section of the Delaware State Bar Association and, prior to law school, worked as an environmental enforcement officer for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Philadelphia. He graduated from the University of Delaware with degrees in both chemical engineering and psychology, and received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law--Camden. For his slightly-paid hobby, Tom steps into the role of Professor Kovach, serving as an Adjunct Professor at West Chester University (teaching legal-related topics to business majors) and at Wilmington University (teaching legal, governmental, and communication topics). Tom previously served as President of the New Castle County Council in Delaware and a State Representative. After public office, Tom started a non-profit designed to assist non-profit: Assist and Inspire, Delaware (AIDE), which is currently inactive.
