Jill Holtzman Vogel is a Virginia State Senator who serves on the Prison Re-Entry Commission, the Governor's Transportation Workgroup, and the Domestic Violence Prevention and Response Advisory Board. She has held national legal and policy positions in and out of government, including serving as Deputy General Counsel at the Department of Energy and as managing partner of a law firm that specializes in charity and non-profit organizations, election law and ethics. Jill holds a B.A. in government and religion from the College of William and Mary and a J.D. from DePaul University’s School of Law.
