Jorge Garcia is an award winning technology innovator and entrepreneur that focuses on making products that people love. He is the Founder and CEO of Linker Finance where he is reimagining Digital Banking for Community Banks. Community Banks are fundamental for the US Economy funding nearly 50% of Small Business Loans and 70% of Agriculture Loans. They invest over $10B a year in Technology, yet they are losing losing the battle to Large Financial Institutions, Digital Banks and Fintechs. Linker Finance brings back power and control to Community Banks of their Digital Customer Experience. Jorge is passionate about FinTech and financial innovation that makes a positive impact on people's lives. Over 20+ years of experience launching successful global applications and platforms with millions of monthly active users for companies such as Disney, The Coca-Cola Company, and The Change Company, as well as seed stage, series A, and venture-backed startups. Former Honduran National Swimmer, swimming the 100M Butterfly in the XIII Pan American Games in Winnipeg, Canada. Named an MIT Technology Review Innovator under 35 in 2015, Class 2016 CALI Fellow of The Aspen Institute, and an alumnus of the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative / Latino Business Action Network.
